Selection Specifications for Opening Machines and Daily Maintenance Tips
The model of the opening machine is determined based on the processing raw materials: pure cotton and fallen cotton use saw-tooth beating machines for opening; synthetic fibers and filling cotton prefer comb needle beating machines to reduce static electricity and tangled materials; waste scraps and leftover materials use multi-roller strong opening machine groups. Hard objects such as stones and iron wires are sorted out from the raw materials in advance to prevent the beating teeth from cracking. The moisture content of cotton materials is controlled at 6% to 8%, and that of synthetic fibers at 5% to 7%. Damp raw materials are dried first before production.
Daily maintenance follows the principle of daily cleaning and weekly inspection: clean the machine and remove cotton entanglements and dust in the air duct every day; add lubricating oil to the bearings weekly and check for wear on the tooth bars and the tightness of the belts; calibrate the distance between the beating teeth and the dust rods monthly. Standard operation and maintenance can reduce the failure rate by 40%, stabilize the uniformity of the output, and extend the service life of the equipment.
