The opening machine is a core equipment in the pre-processing of textiles and recycled cotton. It mainly completes three processes: fiber loosening, impurity removal, and material mixing. It tears the tightly packed raw cotton, synthetic fibers, and scraps of fabric into loose fiber bundles. The equipment relies on the feeding roller for feeding and is equipped with a high-speed piercing roller and dust rod structure. It utilizes two mechanisms: gripping opening and free opening. Impurities pass through the gaps of the dust rod and fall down, while fibers are transported along the airflow to the next process.
The machine models include single roller, multi-roller, and specialized synthetic fiber opening machines. The single roller model is suitable for pre-opening, and the multi-roller model has a more delicate opening. It is widely used in pure cotton spinning, synthetic fiber filled cotton production, waste clothing recycling, and non-woven fabric raw material processing. The fiber damage rate of high-quality models can be controlled within 5%, directly determining the quality of carding and spinning products.
