[Gaomi Original Shunfa Textile Machinery] How about the opening carding machine? Introduction to main performance advantages!

The opening carding machine is designed by combining the advantages of several types of marqueters and combers. It has many characteristics such as wide processing range, one-time forming, low power consumption, simple and convenient operation, etc. It is a new type of cotton processing machine that has got rid of the defects of the old style machines and integrates the functions of impurity removal, opening, combing and molding.

(1) Labor saving: the automatic cotton feeding of the cotton condenser is realized by the marbling machine and comber, which reduces the manual opening and cotton feeding of an intermediate link, and the output per hour can reach about 100 jin.

(2) Power saving: all drives are bearded, except that the cotton feeding roller adopts chain drive at about 6r/min low speed. The rest are driven by V-belt and synchronous belt. The realization of the above measures greatly reduces the load of the machine during operation, so the machine saves electricity compared with similar products.

(3) Appearance: The whole machine has a simple closed appearance. The integrated side shield is convenient to open and close. The shield of the whole machine is excellent

*It is made of cold-rolled steel plate with smooth and beautiful surface.

(4) Frame wallboard structure: equal width marbling machine (can automatically adjust the size of cotton tire), comber two-stage structure, easy to install and transport. All wallboards are made of high-quality steel plates, cut and welded by CNC laser cutting machine, with high processing accuracy, compact structure, small floor area and beautiful appearance.

(5) The main motor adopts the special motor for the elastic machine: the cylinder motor of the comber and the taker in motor of the elastic machine are both equipped with the customized special motor for the elastic machine, which is designed by combining the advantages of the textile motor design and the particularity of the operation of the elastic machine. Compared with ordinary motors, it has the advantages of low temperature rise, difficult blockage of fan cover and heat sink, and low starting voltage.

(6) Electrical control: the standard floor type electric cabinet separated from the host is used, which is convenient and safe to operate. Interlock control is realized when the machine is started, and sequential control is available when the machine is stopped. The control elements are all electrical products produced by regular large factories, and the cotton feeding roller is directly controlled by a frequency converter.
