Precautions for the motor of the flowering machine

Each flower machine uses a different motor maintenance cycle. Motor maintenance is mainly to check the bearings, change the oil or refuel the bearings. Wiring connectors are inspected once a year for Level 6 and Level 8, half a year for Level 4, and once every three months for Level 2. Also, check whether the fan blades are deformed. Regular maintenance includes:

1. Clean the motor and remove the dust and sludge outside the motor bracket in time. If the environment is dusty, clean it once a day.

2. Check and clean the motor terminals, and check whether the terminal box wiring screws are loose and burnt.

3. Check the screws of each fixed part (floor screws, end cover screws, bearing cover screws, etc.), and tighten the loose nuts.

4. Check the transmission device to confirm the strength, damage and loose installation of the pulley or coupling. The belt and its hooks are in good condition.

5. The starting equipment of the motor should also wipe the external dust in time. Check whether there are burn marks on each wiring part and whether the ground wire is in good condition.

6. Bearing inspection and maintenance. Bearings need to be cleaned and replaced with grease or lubricating oil after a period of use. The time of cleaning and oil change depends on the working conditions, working environment, cleanliness, and type of lubricant of the motor. It needs to be cleaned every six months, and the grease should be replaced every 3 to 6 months. When the temperature is high, or the environmental conditions are poor, the motor with a lot of dust needs to be cleaned and changed frequently.

7. Insulation inspection. The insulating ability of insulating materials depends on the degree of dryness, so it is important to check the dryness of the motor windings. The electrical working environment is humid, and there are corrosive gases and other factors in the studio, which will destroy the electrical insulation.

A common ground fault is the winding ground fault, that is, the insulation damage causes the charging part to collide with the outer casing and other metal parts that should not be charged. This fault will not only affect the normal operation of the motor, but also endanger personal safety. Therefore, when the motor is used, the insulation resistance should be checked frequently, and the grounding of the motor casing should be ensured.

8. According to the above items, in addition to regular maintenance of the motor, it should be overhauled once a year after operation. The purpose of the overhaul is to inspect and maintain the motor, make up for the lack of the motor and worn parts, remove the dust and dirt inside and outside the motor, check the insulation state, clean the bearings, and check the wear state. Problems are found and dealt with in a timely manner.
