Introduction to the fan on the opener

       Compared with two identical single-suction fans used in parallel, this fan has the advantages of small size and light weight, and its mechanical transmission loss is small. At the same time, the double-suction fan has two symmetrical impellers, which makes the axial The forces offset each other, so that there is no axial thrust on the bearing, which can prolong the service life of the bearing.

      In order to improve the efficiency of the opener fan and reduce the noise, it is necessary to avoid vortex, de-flow and impact when the air flows through the passage of the fan, so that the air flow state is stable. Therefore, the shape of the channel should be designed to be streamlined. In addition to the important influence of the side curve of the opener volute, the design of the suction port and the front disc of the impeller is also very important.

      The basic form of the suction port can be divided into straight cylindrical shape, cone color and streamline shape (according to the nozzle design). Compared with the air flow state and resistance in the suction port, the straight cylinder shape is poor, the cone shape is better, and the streamline shape is good. But from the manufacturing process, the straight cylindrical green is simple, but the streamlined manufacturing requirements are higher.

       The blades on the impeller of the opener are fixed between the front and rear discs, and a small round hole is fixed on the drive shaft in the middle of the rear disc. There is a large round hole in the middle of the front disc to oppose the air suction port. Its shape can also be divided into three basic forms: flat, conical and streamlined. Because the air has to rotate through 90° after entering the impeller, its flow state is relatively stable, the loss is small, the cone shape is the error, and the flat shape is the main word. From the manufacturing craftsmanship, the flat-shaped front disc is easy to process, while the streamlined front disc is simple. Manufacturing requirements are high.
