     How to use the flowering machine:

1. The fixed operation of the flowering machine should be fixed on the cement foundation. If you change the work place frequently, the flowering machine and the motor should be installed on a base made of channel steel and fixed on the ground. If the flowering machine uses a diesel engine as power, the power of the two should be matched, that is, the power of the diesel engine is slightly greater than the power of the pulverizer, and the pulley grooves of the two should be consistent. The outer end surface of the pulley should be on the same plane.

2. Before starting the machine, be sure to check whether the connecting bolts of each part of the unit are tight, whether the tightness of the transmission belt is appropriate, and whether the power cord is in good condition. Whether the motor shaft and the flowering machine shaft are parallel.

3. Check if the licker roller is in good condition, if the distance between the licker roller and the box body of the licker roller is proper, and whether it is damaged. Drag the belt by hand to check whether the spindle rotates flexibly, whether it is stuck, bumped, or rubbed.

4. After starting the machine, let the equipment run idling for 2-3 minutes to check whether the rotation of the rotor is correct and whether the sound is normal. It can work only after it rotates smoothly at the rated speed.

5. Pay attention to the operation of the flowering machine at all times during work, and feed evenly to prevent blockage, and do not overwork for a long time. If there is vibration, noise, bearing and body temperature is too high, you should stop the machine immediately for inspection, and then continue to work after troubleshooting.

6. The opened materials should be carefully inspected, and no foreign objects such as stones, metals, etc. should be mixed to avoid damage to the machine or fire.

7. When the machine is running, the operator is not allowed to leave the unit, nor is it allowed to disassemble the machine to observe the working condition of the barbed stick during operation, and the maintenance tools must not be placed on the machine or motor belt.

8. Operators should not wear gloves. When blockage occurs, it is strictly forbidden to reach into the machine. When feeding, stand on the side of the opener and observe the operation of the machine.

9. Don't stop the machine immediately after the work is over, it should be idling for 2-3 minutes to allow the material in the machine to be discharged completely. Cleaning and maintenance work should be carried out after shutdown (there should be no residual raw materials or finished products in the machine).　

10. If the rack is damaged (hard objects go in), the rack must be replaced in time. When replacing the new rack, try to replace the whole set at the same time.

11. After 300 hours of operation of the opener, clean the bearings and change the oil. When parking for a long time, the belt should be removed. The correct operation of the flowering machine: 1. After starting, when the standby device reaches normal operation, the crops are allowed to be fed evenly and continuously. 2. Pay attention to the speed of the motor, reducer, sound and bearing temperature during operation. 3. When feeding, the operator should stand on the side of the feeding port, the sleeves of the clothes should be fastened, and a mask and work cap should be worn. 4. When feeding, pay attention to whether there are hard objects in the raw materials to avoid damage to the machine and cause personal accidents. 5. Do not hang belts during machine repair and maintenance. 6. If the following problems are found, the engine should be shut down, and the engine should be shut down to deal with: ①The motor is smoking, ②the blockage, ③the opening quality is not good ④The bearing is overheated, exceeding 60 degrees.
