Factors affecting the opening and removal of the opener

　 (1) Roller speed The roller speed has two equal gears and one gradually increasing gear. The roller rotates at a high speed, and the effect of opening and removing impurities is enhanced. However, excessive rotation speed can easily cause the roll back to form bunches and increase of noil (white), and decrease the impurity rate of noil. This parameter should be determined according to the raw cotton grade and impurity content. 　

　 (2) The distance between the roller and the dust bar The distance between each roller and the dust bar is set to be large at the inlet, small in the middle, and large in the outlet. The process is based on the smallest distance in the middle. Adjust the size of the gap by lifting the position of the roller bearing seat. After adjusting the gap, the gap between the stripping knife and the roller (approximately 1.5mm) should be checked to avoid collision. The gap is small, and the opening and impurity removal are strong, but a too small gap can easily block the passage and damage the dust rod. Below the sixth roller is an arc-shaped pallet with a spacing of 8mm, which plays the role of supporting fibers.

   (3) Dust rod spacing moment In order to achieve the first drop of large trash and then the small trash to reduce the fragmentation of large trash and increase the trash content rate, the spacing between dust rods should be configured from large to small, generally one or two , The dust rod interval of the three rollers is 10mm, and the interval of the fourth and fifth rollers is 8mm. During production, the gap can be changed by observing the noil situation in the dust box, adjusting the external hand wheel and changing the installation angle of the dust rod. The distance between the dust rods is large, the noil rate is increased, and the impurity removal effect is enhanced.

         In addition, the fan speed of the front machine also affects the opening and cleaning effect. The wind speed is fast, the raw cotton stays in the machine for a short time, and the opening and cleaning effect is poor.
