1. There are many sheet metal parts of the opening machine. If the new machine is not operated in time, the surface of the iron sheet will be corroded, especially the licker roll cover, dust cage cover, and slag discharge board. Before installation and start-up, It should be disassembled to remove the corrosion and polished before starting production.

2. When installing the opener, make sure that the frame is in a horizontal state, and the four feet are firmly cushioned to prevent tilting and twisting between the bearing seats, so as to reduce the load during operation. The pipeline installation form can be determined according to the topography of the plant.

3. The driving V-belt is generally installed by the user. In order to install the belt correctly and quickly, please determine the position of the motor first, and make the licker belt tight enough, and then adjust it according to the position of the motor. Move other parts.

4. The tightness of the chain and gear teeth is the key to the smooth operation of the machine. If the tightness is not appropriate, chain skipping and tooth skipping will occur, and other parts may be damaged. Therefore, carefully adjust the tightness of the chain. The tightness of the gear fit.

5. Adjust the distance between the licker roller and the licker bar. You can use an iron sheet with a thickness of 0.6~1mm and a width of not less than 50mm as a spacer. Clamp the iron sheet between the two, push the licker roller, and tighten the bearing seat bolts. , And take out the iron sheet; then turn the licker roller by hand to observe whether there is any collision sound, and try to adjust the distance between the two to a small limit and there is no collision sound.

6. In the production of the opener, the trash-discharging plate should be adjusted to a suitable distance for removing impurities: between 20-35mm from the licker roller (the distance between the trash-discharging plate and the licker roller can be adjusted according to the cotton grade and the condition of trash removal) .

7. When installing the gear connecting rod of the opener, adjust the connecting block on the connecting rod to the correct position, turn the large pulley on the reducer, and check the gear to ensure that the gear is correct.

8. When installing the embossing roller of the opener, ensure that the surface clearance of the embossing roller and the dust cage is 3-8mm.
